• iTunes 8 causes Windows Vista problems: Ever since I bought my laptop, I have had the blue screen of death, loss of DVD/CD Rom (had to remove upper and lower filters from registry), Importing issues with Itunes, loss of webcam, issues with Roxio. I've spent multiple hours on the phone with Dell trying to resolve these issues. With a lot of research, I am not pleased with the glitches with Vista and Itunes and will push to get XP.
